Maestra Grace offers lectures, workshops, and presentations using PowerPoint, Indigenous storytelling, and ritual to fit the needs of mental health and healthcare organizations, hospitals, colleges and universities on a variety of topics, including:

• How to Be a Good Relative. This lecture can be expanded to either a 1 or 2 day workshop and may include a talking circle. This topic is important especially for non-Native/Indigenous persons who wish to understand the effects of colonization on our health and in community building. May include discussion of Indigenous protocols, understanding land acknowledgement, and other relevant aspects of colonialism.

Cultural Consultant.

Maestra Grace provides culturally relevant advice, counsel, and support to Mexican, Chicano, Indigenous, Native and Non-Native individuals, in the workplace or in community organizations, who are affected by problems arising from cultural differences, in the following manner:​

• Shares knowledge of traditional concepts and beliefs, protocols, spirituality, and healing practices;

• Conducts spiritual ceremonies, as may be appropriate;

• Advises on how aspects of traditional cultures can be compatible with requirements of the contemporary workplace;

• Provides opportunities for staff and board members, administrators, and volunteers to become knowledgeable about and sensitive to the historical experiences of Indigenous peoples of Mexico and the United States, their contemporary situation, and their vision for themselves and their community.

• Self-care for Physicians, Nurses, and Health Professionals

• Mediates conflict resolution circles.
